Information used

The account portal may process a user's name, email address, phone number, selected country, account type, organization details, authentication records, security events and account preferences. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not as readable passwords.

Why information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, recover access, apply account permissions, support organizations and connect authorized LearnGlobe services.

Sharing and connected products

Information should only be shared with connected LearnGlobe products and authorized organizations to the extent necessary for their permitted purpose. Final integrations must document what information is shared and why.

Security and retention

The platform applies technical controls such as secure sessions, restricted database access and audit records. LearnGlobe must define retention periods, user rights, contact details and incident procedures in the approved notice.
